SPIN

Spin is a 30 to 45-minute indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor accompanied by a playlist of powerful and energizing music. Spinning is challenging, motivating, and fun. It is one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning calories. Spinning is a high-energy class with a varied mixture of flats, hills, and sprints. Because spinning is low impact, it is suitable for most people and our classes can accommodate all ability levels.

A class for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. Because of this low-impact format, water aerobics is suitable for every age and fitness level. We build cardiovascular fitness while toning and sculpting your body with resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles. No need to be a swimmer of any kind to participate in this fun and slow-paced class!

ZUMBA
Instructors: Tracy Gilmore, Vicki Berg, & Charity Ruhnke
Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latina and International music and dance movement. Both create a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program. Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blend of cardio and muscle toning.

Strength Training
Instructor: Joy Engles
Endurance and resistance training with high-intensity exercises combined with low to non-existent rest times to ensure you burn the most fat and calories you can. Class is mainly geared towards our Silver Sneaker/Senior Citizen members, but it is open to anyone at any age and at any level.
