TONING ROOM
Here at Lighten UP! Gym we have seven Induced Rhythmic Motion tables. These Toning Tables are also known as "passive" exercise machines. These passive isometric exercise machines were designed to relax, align and tone the body.
This type of exercise stimulates the “stretch reflex" in muscle tissues, increases muscle tone, and increases the blood and lymph node circulation, without increasing the heart rate or blood pressure. In turn, the increased fluid circulation stimulates the body to eliminate natural waste that has built up in the cellular system.

BRIGHT BEGINNINGS DAYCARE
On-site daycare is located at The Gym but is not a part of the gym. They do take walk-ins for parents who have their kids and need to work out assuming they have room for your child. However, you will have to call them to know the pricing and availability.
